Over the last 10 years, Pink Programming has grown from a grassroots initiative into one of Sweden's leading forces for a more equal tech industry. Today, Pink Programming is Sweden's largest community for female and non-binary programmers. In this talk, we share lessons from a decade of activities, events, partnerships and community building. What actually works, what we’ve learned along the way, and how we move forward in a rapidly changing industry.
Jasmin Jahja is an experienced communications- and community manager who has worked many years in the cultural end creative industries before joining the team at Pink Programming. She is passionate about working for inclusion, and has seen first hand what at difference a sense of belonging and connection can make for not only people's careers, but their whole lives. She is excited to share insights from Pink Programming's work over the last 10 years for this Tech Breakfast at Ideon.
